Sandro Michahelles Sting, Trudie Styler and Riccardo Cotarella will be combining their Tuscan wine experience. Musician Sting and his wife, actress-director Trudie Styler, have hired Riccardo Cotarella as the new winemaker for their Tuscan estate, Il Palaggio. Cotarella is the president of Italy's national association of wine technicians, and is widely considered to be one of the country's leading enologists.
