The flavors are layered, round, fresh, fruity and long. $35.00 ------------------------- Chamisal Stainless Chardonnay 2018 we 89 Notes of citrus, red apple and passion fruit. Fresh citrus fruit, that leads into secondary aromas of fig and mineral. Long, linear acidity which is tempered by a slight creaminess. $18.00 -------------------------- Fabio Oberto Barbera d'Alba 2017 Intense ruby-red turning to light purple hue, due to the aging in barriques. The nose shows oaky notes well-integrated with hints of plum and cherry in alcohol. Warm sensations in mouth thanks to its high alcohol content, with rich toasty notes of ripe fruit and jam. Sour and long finish due to its typical varietal acidity. $22.00 ------------------------- Double Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 js 90 ws 89 we 88 This Cabernet embodies an enticing array of ripe red fruit, intermixed with notes of graham cracker, allspice and dried tobacco. The addition of Syrah lends a full and rich texture on the mid-palate, further accented by bright acidity from the Petit Verdot, sweet red fruit from the Merlot and luscious raspberry notes supplied by the Malbec.
